WHO WE ARE

 

Based in Canary Wharf, and handling a cross-London portfolio of quality loft style apartments and live-work units, Tower Quay specialise in providing quality accommodation for young professionals in and around Central London and The City. We are a small, independently owned company with an established presence in the lettings market. With access to one of the largest portfolios of well maintained, modern loft style apartments, we are confident that whatever your requirements, we will be able to help you find your ideal rental property.

HOW WE LET

 

At Tower Quay, our experienced lettings negotiators take time to listen. We appreciate that with busy lifestyles and so many potential properties, it is important to take the time to match your needs with the correct property, creating a shortlist that matches your requirements. Since we often deal with people who are new to London, we pride ourselves on using our local knowledge to suggest options you may not have considered, and advising you so you are best placed to make an informed decision about where you live next.
After viewings have been arranged, we explain the next steps, clearly highlighting the fees and paperwork requirements which enables you to have a clear picture of the process to move in, preventing any nasty surprises or unforeseen expenses.

LETTING ADVICE

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to share their experience and knowledge to help you decide on the best area for you. We can advise on the whole process from finding a property to the day you move in to your new home. We have dedicated maintenance teams to assist in day to day issues that might crop up. If you have any questions regarding the lettings process, your rights and responsibilities, or what to do if things go wrong, you can be confident that we will do our best to assist you.
We do not hold client monies protection insurance. However for avoidance of doubt following your application all rental income is paid directly to the landlord. Deposits are also transferred to the landlord and protected with the Tenancy Deposit Solutions Limited under the Tenancy deposit protection scheme.
